Anne Goldman, CCIM, is a seasoned development executive and retail growth strategist who most recently led real estate for Dave’s Hot Chicken on the East Coast. Over the past four years, she has helped open more than 250 stores, driving the brand’s rapid expansion across the Eastern U.S. and into Europe. Earlier in her career, Anne led development for Popeyes across the U.S. and Canada during the height of the “chicken sandwich craze” and served as Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Development for Krispy Kreme. In that role, she oversaw the iconic Times Square flagship in New York City, a complex multi-unit sale-leaseback, global office lease negotiations, and expansion into 12 new countries across 31 international markets.
A fourth-generation real estate professional whose career began—quite literally—before she was born, Anne has held real estate roles with Dunkin’ Brands, Sonic Drive-In, Dollar General, and McDonald’s Corporation. She is a licensed broker and auctioneer in North Carolina and West Virginia and holds the prestigious CCIM designation. A lifelong foodie, Anne enjoys discovering both acclaimed and hidden-gem restaurants, traveling the world, and spending time with her beloved niece and nephews.
