Ray and Pia are native Texans with deep roots in Austin, where they first met while attending The University of Texas at Austin. They have three amazing children who keep them busy with sports, exploring Austin, and traveling together as a family.
Before opening IMAGE Studios, Ray and Pia both built successful careers in corporate America, working for Fortune 100 companies in leadership roles. In 2021, they joined the IMAGE Studios brand with a vision of creating beautiful, community-driven spaces where independent beauty and wellness professionals could thrive. Since then, they have opened multiple IMAGE Studios locations in Austin and continue to focus on supporting small business owners and building lasting relationships with their IMAGE pros.
