Information automatically collected

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, renting a salon suite, booking a tour, booking a service, or using our website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from us. You may also ask us not to call or text you by contacting us using the information below. We will document and honor opt-out and do-not-call requests as required by applicable law.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. If you opt out of marketing texts, we may send a one-time confirmation text that confirms your opt-out and does not include marketing content.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, after our systems are configured to recognize them.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California or another state with applicable consumer privacy laws, you may have specific rights regarding access to and control over your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete
